There are plans to build a great number of condos/freehold flats and lofts, and apartments for rent at horrendous rates around 11-13€/m².
Although the land for constructing these has been dispensed already, we want to raise conciousness of that extremely expensive and anti-social luxury project and express our disgust at such “prettifying” buildings and the extreme waste of effort to create absurd luxury for some while others live in poverty.

And again, an unbeatable price of just 950.000,00 € for a 5 room flat on the top floor.
This is just a small sample of the greed for luxury of this society. People are more or less conciously driven to privatise everything. The general public just gets on the wagon without considering the ramifications this might have for others, or, ultimately, themselves.
